THE HOW TO

Editing both of these pictures were very similar the main process in both of these pictures to get the cut out is to use the quick selection tool in Photoshop. Following that step is to use the refine the edges tool to get a smooth sharp image. both of the pictures also require different layers in order to remove the background images the full cut out only required one extra layer while the partial cutout requires three layers with a little rearranging to manage the partial cutout. The last step for both images was to flatten and save.

  1. I love this picture of the moose! It is a lot of fun. I remember this guy running around my cabin. The way you did the stop motion on the water dripping from his mouth is really neat. I love how you cut the moose out! I like the way your blog has a theme and the pictures in it play to that theme! I hope you'll keep it up.
